I am using a portal to create an invoice. Sometimes the invoice is several pages and sometimes it is only one. Is there a way to automate it so that it will print all the information without going into layout mode each time?

first I would strongly suggest if the possibility of the printing running into two pages is there do not print the portal.

Portals are a nightmare to print, especially if you run into multiple pages.

Instead, write a script to GTRR [show only related records] and print from where you are calling your portal.

You can then setup an invoice layout in this database in a list format. Then you never need to worry about how many pages it might be.
