Excel export missing records

I have 37 records on a layout. When I export to an Excel file only 5 show up. Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?

Exporting works on the current found set of records, so the first thing would be to verify you have the 37 records "found" in the window.

If that's not the problem, then try an export of the found records to a simple text file to see if it differs from the Excel export.

Post back if you have problems or good news.

Thanks for the insight. The found set is correct. I think the issue relates to the checked Group By. Un-checking these may have solved the problem. ;)
