Container field calculation

Is there a way to create a calculation that will pull in the contents of a text field, concatenate it with a container field (that holds an Internal image) and then have that calculation result become the body of an email?

I am trying to create an email that lets the user write a piece of text and then choose a graphic to be included (not attached)in that email text body.

Any ideas? Using FileMaker 11A.
