My users need to add about 4000 images to our Image Archive which is running on Server 10 Advanced / Windows 2003 Server.

They want to import all images at the same time and after awhile the process slows to about 1 image per minute. With smaller batches, it runs at about 9 to 10 images per minute.

My question(s): Why does it slow down? Is there anything that can be done about that? Is there a recommended "batch" size for image imports. We are planning a restart of the server this evening to see if that will have any effect. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I know that this was an issue in an older versions of SuperContainer, but it should be fixed in the most recent version. Please make sure that your server and plugin are both running 2.743.
