April 12, 201015 yr Newbies I have a database that is for a yearly convention. I have a table for the name and the amount of the of each session offered. I made a layout with a portal in order to open and choose which session will be attended. There can be up to 7 choices for the conference. My main table is demographics, then I have registration data for each year, related using the RSVPID #. For each registration table, I have the conference table related by the conference description. In the registration table i have fields for method of payment. When I register someone, after choosing their choices for the conference, I have a layout 'method of payment' I choose their method; i.e. PO; Check; Credit Card; but once I am done with that, I go to a table layout and have to copy and paste in up to 7 additional times. How can I get it to auto fill in for each conference chosen in the portal?
