Hello hopefully somebody will be able to help me with this problem.

What I need is as follows, I have created a holiday database for staff to login online and put down the holidays they want. Now when their manager logs in online they get a seperate menu screen. How do I get this screen to show the manager how many holidays they have to authorise.

I know its something to do with found count but I cant seem to get it to work

Please Please Please can someone help as this is the only part that I cant get to work and is driving me insane
