Hi experts!

I have been spending some considerable amount of time solving this solution.

One of my relatives owns a cyber place with about 12-15 computers, i would like to come up with a solution that would track the amount of time a client takes to use the computer based on payment given and automatically set up a warning alarm when the time's expired.

I'd like to have filemaker assign unique codes randomly from one main computer to clients who'll have to input valid codes(in a dialogue box that sets itself on each comp.) to gain any kind of access to the computer.

I understand that runtime files are standalone applications...is there a better way of setting up this multiuser solution?
