Runtime Backup

I am unclear about the Save a Copy As script set.

I want to create a backup copy script for my runtime.

Right now it saves a copy of the file with a .fp5 extension.

But the files in the runtime are .USR

And what about the soultion.EXE - how can I save a copy as a backup.
