Hello, I've got a database with, among other thing, about 1300 address labels. Now I'd like to export them to MS Word because of a mail merge once a month. The only problem is, that I wonder how to copy nothing but a selection of addresses to Word. I don't need to send all 1300 contact a letter every month. I don't want to do it the other way around because I don't know how to keep the Word layout intact when I export it to Filemaker.

First perform a find that selects all the addresses you want, then export. Only the found set will be exported.
