ODBC Error on Win2000

Whenever I try to create a ODBC datasource (System DSN or User DSN) with the FMPro 5.0 ODBC driver as it is installed I always get an ODBC error 126, the error translates to english as "The subroutines to configure a datasource could not be loaded due to a system error 126".

Any ideas?
