could not import file

I use the plugin on windows server and

when i try to import a local or a network folder returns this error

"could not import file (#1 ...path...) read error.

Help me please!!!

What function are you trying to use? Can you please post your plugin logs after the next time you call this function and have an error? Plugin logs can be found at:
