hi,

i have a filmaker pro advanced 11.0.2 on windows 7 x64. when i install the scriptmaster plugin 3.34 ( or 3.33) , filmaker doesn't start anymore. java 1.6.20 32bit and 64bit are both installed.

is this a known issue ?

All 360Works products are fully functional on all versions of windows XP or newer and mac 10.4 or newer.

Make sure that you do not have an old version of another plugin installed. Most likely you have an older version of another plugin, which is trying to load an older deployment of java, and is causing a conflict when you use the up-to-date version of scriptmaster. You can see which plugins are installed in the FileMaker Preferences > plugins tab.

Hi,

I confirm...on windows 7 64bits, Filemaker crashes if the folder extension contains the scriptmaster plugin (last version 3.34)

If I removed it, no problem...

regards,

Tanguy

Check and make sure that you do not have a plugin installed through auto-update. When you remove the plugin from your FileMaker/Extensions directory is there anything showing up in your plugin list? I've got a machine that uses Windows 7x64 which I have this plugin installed on, so I know this issue isn't just a basic compatibility problem with the OS.

Are you both using J6_20? Do you have any other plugins installed?
