Hi all! I am new to this forum as I am working with FileMaker for the first time and one of my users is having an issue. He states that about a month ago, Filemaker started acting funny (ie: freezing, crashing). The program is locking up, but only when he tries opening with other programs open (ie: Internet Explorer, Outlook). At that point, he either has to close in Task Manager or if it is reallly freezing, log off, then log back on. I checked his computer for malware, could not find anything out of ordinary. As I said, this issue only happens when he tries to open other programs when using FMP, or vice versa. Alone, it is fine. Does anyone know of any issues such as this and/or a fix. Any help would be most appreciated!

Oh yeah, he is running on Vista with no service pack updates. Not sure if this is an issue or not...thanks!
