Need help interpreting error logs

Hi, I have built a database in FMPro 9 on Windows Vista. I have delivered it to the users who have put it on FM Server 11. In the month it took me to build the database I didn't get a single crash and they tell me they are getting three crashes a day. I asked them to send me the error logs which they have done. The logs are attached to this post. Can anyone help we interpret these and do they give any indication of why the crashes are occuring?

Thanks

Tom

Generally speaking the crashdump and other such logs don't help much with FileMaker problems, to be honest.

Do they get the same problem on more than one machine?

If they can recreate the problem at will, then I'd suggest you connect to one of their machines with reverse-VNC (Vine Server or RealVNC), and see exactly what they are trying to do when the system crashes. If they are running a script at the time, use Script Debugger to help pinpoint the script step that is causing the problem. I have known specific script steps (especially those interacting with the operating system, like "send mail" and "print") cause crashes. If it occurs on a change of layout then you may have a corrupt file which needs to be thrown away and reverted to a known-good backup.

Whatever the cause, you need to start by seeing the problem for yourself.
