Hi All,

I'm new here and I looked in the different Forums for this problem.

I'm trying to install a FMS 11 adv. on a PC with XP SP3 , I get a message saying that "this app. cannot install on this machine".

Any comments or a turnaround ?

FMS 11 and 11 Advanced will not install under XP; see http://www.filemaker.com/products/filemaker-server/server-11-specifications.html -- you must run under Win7 (Pro version only), WS2008 R2, WS2003 SE SP2, or WS 2008 SE SP2. This is particularly frustrating since the last version ran under Win Vista Business, and the version before that XP.
