Are there any FileMaker tools out there that will help me identify the state of a FileMaker file, quite interested in the structure and data. Not too othered about recovery, what I'd like to analyse is the quality of the files.

FMP Advanced has database analysis and reporting features. This DDR can then be further processed with third-party tools like BaseElements.

As for analysing the "quality" of a file... that's a subjective rating. :P
