Help creating a calculation that adds a word if the record has a certain value

Hey guys

I need help in creating a mailing label layout...

If a record has a suite number attached to it, I need the layout to automatically attach "Suite" In front of the suite number for the mailing label only IF the record has a suite number.

Any ideas?
