No option to print more than one record

Just moved from v8 to v11

I am unable to find the option where to select what records to print. In the help section I find:

See if the Current record option is set in the Print dialog box. Change the option to Records being browsed. To see this option in the Mac OS, choose FileMaker Pro from the pop-up menu.

Exactly as it used to be in v8. However not available on my computer. (see pic)

So what is up here? Any ideas?

Try deleting the printer from the printer preferences, and setting it back up again. Else re-install the driver software.

Another idea: have you Googled it and seen if another answer comes up? I seem to remember reading about this before.
