java/jars and creating a new plug-in

If using ScriptMaster advanced and creating a plug-in will the plug-in:

- have the 3rd party jar (email one in my case) inside of it so I don't have to register the jars in my script?

- work as a server side plug-in?

- require all the clients that use it to have java?
