Does anyone know if it's possible to install FileMaker Pro 6 and FileMaker Pro 11 simultaneously on a PC running Windows XP? I am in the process of (finally!) upgrading a database from 6 to 11, and I would like to check that everything works before removing FM 6. And I don't want to break my FM 6 installation as it's still being used daily while I check that the new database works. (I realize this is possible using virtualization software, but would prefer not to do this unless necessary).

Thanks,

Tom

Hi

they can both work w/o any problem: think at them as completely different applications ( like they are, indeed )

Thanks - you've convinced me to at least try it. And, as predicted, it works fine.

Thanks again,

Tom
