reasantly a costumer had a pretty hard crash using filemaker. i dont konw excactly what happend but the the whole database got damaged. Everything is pretty buggy for exap. i cant delete all layouts and so on..

is there a bug fix app arround? something like norton for my harddrive?

Certainly run all the hard disk fixing remedies you have, this will help make sure that the disk has no errors on it.

As far as the database goes, the file may have unrecoverable errors in it caused by the crash. Try FMP's "Recover" command in the file menu.

The best bet is to start working from a backup copy. The database was backed up, right?
