Hello All

I am Koushik New To Filemaker And Been Working As A Developer In My Commpany .

In My Company Now We Are Doing Some Offer Preparartion, Daliy/Weekly Planner,Projects Planner & Order Processing In Filemaker . So We Have a Main Database As MENU CARD and in that we have linked all databases to that.

now what is the problem is when ever i need to change or add any users details linke username/Password , i need to change that in all my databases .

is there any possibility that i ll add / modify in my MENU CARD , It Should Change Accordingly In All of my databases.

Kindly Help Me.

Take a look at External Server Authentication. Your situation is one of the specific use cases for which EA was designed. In the EA scenario the Accounts are created in one place on FileMaker Server and reference groups created in the files. When you need to change or to add or to delete an Account, you do it in one place, one time only.
