FMP Binder & WinNT Crashes

I have created a solution with the 4.0v4 binder that runs fine on Win9x systems but crashes both a NT4-SP4 & NT4-SP6 system. I have searched for doc that addresses this issue but have found none. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

There was a patch on http://www.filemaker.com/ for the binder, would it help here? To be honest I know naught about it.
