Excuse me if this is already covered somewhere, I can't find the answer.

I am looking for a script to email the contents of the last 10 portal rows entered.

Details:

I keep a database of my music students. In a portal on my main layout (sorted by date descending), I record our activities each week. I would like to be able to email the date and comment fields of our last 10 lessons in the body field of a SMTP email.

Attempts so far:

Experimented with the list function, but can't find a way to limit this to 10.

I've tried to create a sub summary report and email this. Only works as .pdf

Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated.
