acro Posted February 22, 2011 Posted February 22, 2011 I would like to create a script to trigger a few e-mails based on the relation between "priority", "pickup date" and "delivered date fields". --2 HRS PRIORITY SCENARIO-- If priority field = 2 HRS., and delivered date field is not fill in within 2 Hours or less, the script should automatically trigger an e-mail notice to: contact e-mail and copy escalation_1 e-mail. Then, if delivered date field is not populated within the next 10 minutes after the initial e-mail notice was triggered, script should trigger a second e-mail notice addressed this time not only to the same initial set of recipients but also add escalation_2 e-mail recipient. Finally, if delivered date field is not populated within the next 10 minutes after the second e-mail notice was triggered, script should trigger a third e-mail notice addressed not only to the first and second set of recipients but now add also escalation_3 e-mail recipient. --4 HRS PRIORITY SCENARIO-- If priority field = 4 HRS., and delivered date field is not fill in within 4 Hours or less, the script should automatically trigger an e-mail notice to: contact e-mail and copy escalation_1 e-mail. And the same 10 minutes routine after that. --6 HRS PRIORITY SCENARIO-- If priority field = 6 HRS., and delivered date field is not fill in within 6 Hours or less, the script should automatically trigger an e-mail notice to: contact e-mail and copy escalation_1 e-mail. And the same 10 minutes routine after that. --24 HRS PRIORITY SCENARIO-- If priority field = 24 HRS., and delivered date field is not fill in within 24 Hours or less, the script should automatically trigger an e-mail notice to: contact e-mail and copy escalation_1 e-mail. And the same 10 minutes routine after that. Please find attached a .FP7 file named test1 where I would like someone to help with the script. my email is: [email protected] Thank you all so much! test1.zip
