I have read a lot of threads about exporting contact data to a vCard but cant make heads or tails of it. I'm not a FM Guru by any means but would love to create a button (script) to export the record i'm on to a .vcf to the desktop and then drag it into the mac address book.

please help if there is a simple way to do this (with lots of instruction if possible)
