This bug has been around since FM 4! Here's what it does:

Let's say you create a script that imports data to an FM contact list. You carefully organize the fields so that "First Name" imports to the "First Name" field in your contact list. You save that import order. Later you add a new field to your database, say something like "2nd Email." What happens? The import order changes- everything after the new field "2nd Email" points to the wrong import item.

I'm just surprised our friends at Filemaker fixed this and no one seems to be in an uproar- have you noticed? <_<
