I am on a project that requires group creation. Before I begin has anyone seen a nice sample of this.

Many contacts to many groups.

It can be as simple as a Group table, and a join between Contacts and Groups. DO NOT use separate fields for each group. But a lot depends on what you want to do with the group membership.
