storage of auto generated item's?

Where would I store the sent reply's, do they stay inside FM5 or do they get placed inside another folder, if so how is this done??

This is in regards to the PDF's and faxes or html emails which will be auto generated when we reply to our quote request via an on-line form? Thank you in advance
