Hi,

New here. We had a consultant make us a new database with links to our website for data entry with Filemaker Pro and using Super Container for the Data (PDF Files) that were assign to them. When we place the PDF file in our Super Container field it sometime shows all of it or parts of the PDF File. When we assign a person to that file and they open it on the web they are using the Java pic then they have to double-click on it to open the rawdata. Sometimes that only shows a little as well or no picture at all.

What is going on? How do we fix this so that we don't have to go into each document's - Super Container field and check each one separately?

Our Environment is Macintosh - Server (10.6) = server has not been updated due to java and Filemaker.

Our stations are all Macintosh as well ranging from 10.4.11 to 10.6.x

We don't know who might log-in to do work on our website - so no specific type on that except they need Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Chas

I'm not sure what your issue is here, but it sounds like you need some general development work in your database. 360Works can help you with it if you like. Our rate is $165/hour. Please send an email to [email protected] and we can set up a time to do screensharing and a call and take a look at what changes you need made in your database.
