Importing Mac Outlook 2011 emails into Filemaker

Does anyone know how to get the .olm or .mbox email archives created in Mac Outlook 2011 imported into a Filemaker database?

I'm just getting started on a new MacBook Pro after years of being a PC. I've grown to depend on a system I set up to export a folder of emails from Outlook to a .csv file, then import it into a Filemaker file linked to my main database by the email address. I found this was the quickest way to read/reply emails about a project, then log any related data into my database.

But I was shocked to find out I can't export emails from Mac Outlook 2011 or MacMail to a .csv. Just the .olm that can only be read in Outlook or generic .mbox mail archive. I'd love to know any way to get from those files into a filemaker database. Any ideas?
