Hi folks,

I'm trying to print 3 fields in a trailing sub summary.

Sub Total

Shipping

Grand total

Only the sub total shows up in a preview or on a printed page. Help!

Possible reasons:

1. The fields are not sitting completely within the sub-summary part. Check your layout carefully, and adjust if necessary.

2. The "Do not print" option has been selected for the fields. This option can be found under the Format menu >> Sliding/Printing

3. The number format has been set to something that won't fit properly in the field.

4. If you are doing this on a PC system, a number of users have reported blank fields when printing. I don't have an answer for this one, but I suspect there is another reason in your case since the subtotal prints OK.
