creation of a custom web page for FM

I was trying to make changes to the built-in web page in FM (change the background color and add an image). According to the Dreamweaver, the generator of the webpage is located in the folder called FMRes. However, I could't find it anywhere in my system. I was wondering, where it might be, and is it possible to make alterations to the built-in page.
