I have to upload a word file and then i want to import the records in seperate fields without entry......

Eg:uploading one resume from online and then want to import in the fields as given below

Name : XXX

Date of Birth : dd/mm/yyyy

Address : 123,abcd,cbe-122120

Qualification : Bsc

Experience : 2 yrs

Not sure what you mean by 'without entry' ....... and can you post (attach) a copy of the word file you're using?

While upload the Word document/PDF resume file. I need to extract the name into name field, address into address field likewise from resume document... Need to extract maximum number of common fields.

Although the pic helps what I meant was upload a copy of the Word.doc

Some questions:

1. Are all the .doc's the exact same format/layout?

2. How/where are they filled out? Online or scanned into your PC?

3. Do you have control/ability to edit the original.doc if needed?
