Have you looked at our emailing plug-in, SMTPit? It will allow you to send HTML email directly from FileMaker without using Outlook to send the email. The only thing SMTPit requires is that your mail server allow SMTP connections. By default, I believe the MS Exchange server only allows IMAP connections (a similar but separate protocol). If your MS Exchange server has been set up to allow SMTP connections, then give our plug-in a try. You can download a full working demo, with full working example databases, at our website:
