Hello Everyone

I have two questions. first, how can I set up in any of my dbases so that all correspondence ( printed matter or emails & faxes from within FM5) can be archieved. As it stands I can do all of the above but no record of what has been done is available.??

Second regarding page setups. is the preference between portrait or landscape carried over from layout to layout within a file or can each layout maintain it's own set of printing preferences?? And is there any further issues when going from PC's to Mac's.??
