sending found set in FM layout to email

Although I think I understand some of FM, I am obviously missing something. I have made a database with text and photo fields in each record. Obviously, I can print my found set in the layout I have chosen.

How do I send the same found set and layout via email? I get junk email all the time that looks like they have done exactly this. How does one do this?

I am using a Mac, but I will be emailing to someone in the IBM world.

Thank you for any ideas!!
