I'm using Filemaker Pro V5 on a Macintosh.

I have a simple adress list with two lines per record.

If I have all records or even a few records available in the Browse mode, when I go to the preview mode, only the FIRST record will appear. When I print, each record prints on a separate page. How can I get filemaker to continue to add as many records as will fit on a page.

I don't have problems with my old version of filemaker Version 2

Check under VIEW menu VIEW AS LIST
