I am getting Blank Pages out put when my layout spans multiple pages and I am using sliding up based on all above and reduce the size of enclosing part.What am I doing wrong?

Make sure that you also check "reduce size of enclosing part."

There could also be other objects on the layout that have not been set to slide/shrink. They may be invisible. Go to layout mode, select all, and see if any mysterious re-size knobs appear that you didn't know were there.
