I have bben able to set up filemaker server advanced and I can securely access (https) my database on line. However, if I try to access the administration console through the web by typing https://www.myaddress.com:16000, nothing happens !!!!

Please note that I have directed my apache server (Mac) to change all incoming connections to secure ones (http to https).

Thank you....

Provided that you have the proper ports (16000 and 16001) configured on the server machine, the Console already uses HTTPS to connect to the Server for administration purposes. You might want to take a look at http://thefmkb.com/6427 Tech Info for additional information on ports.
