I need to add two email accounts to the 360 Works Email system. Is this a problem?

No, it is not a problem. - you will connect to whatever server/account you pass as parameters to your emailconnectpop, emailconnectimap, or emailconnectSMTP functions. Passing different information will connect you to whatever server or account you pass information for.
