Hi, I'm new to FM and here is the dilema I am having:

I have one portal where you enter subcontract name and attach a file - this portal has a relationsship with another portal budget - what I'm trying to do is search portal #2 with the information located in portal #1 - For example 3rd row of portal 1 name is ann and project number is 10235 - how can i set up a new layout using protal 2 and identify name is ann and project number is 10235.

Any help would be appreciated.
