I have a header in a layout which I don't want to print.

I have selected all the objects in the header and set the "do not print selected objects" in the sliding/printing dialogue.

However, when I preview, there is still a blank space where the header would be.

How do I eliminate this blank space so that I can fit more on a page?

The easiest way I can think of is to duplicate the layout, delete the header, and set a print script to print the header-less layout.
