We sync data between MySQL and FileMaker. I need a good automated way to verify that the SQL and FileMaker data match. The ideal solution for me would be something that runs once a week and emails me any difference between the two data sets, for example: field 'a' in FileMaker is '12345', but field 'a' in MySQL is '123'.

Or if that doesn't exist another good solution would be something that could tell me if there are any empty fields in MySQL that are not empty in FileMaker.

Are there currently any tools that do this or something close to this?
