Install SuperContainer as a daemon?

Currently we have SuperContainer standalone set up on one of our Xserves, so we have a user logged in running SuperContainer.

Is there a way to set up SuperContainer so that we don't have to keep the user logged in?

If you are running FileMaker Server you can install SuperContainer with it. If you *just* want to run SuperContainer there is a method to install it with IIS or Tomcat standalone. The steps for doing all of them are in the "documentation.html" that comes with SuperContainer.
