I have been developing a large Database for a strategic marketing company for about a year now. we now feel that we have a very good market information database model that could be used by other companies as a major part of their market research projects. the database is used for gathering data about the supplies and shares, trends, Values and technical segmentation of the heating and bathrooms markets. it then uses these figures to produce a major part of our reports. The database has already proved its worth in that its has been used on numerous occasions to analyse market data for large acquisition and mergers on an international scale. We are now looking for other companies that may be interested in using such a tool, does any one know of a place where we can advertise such a tool or any one that may be interested

Who owns the rights/copyright to the database and/or the development work?
