How can I output a filemaker report into an electronic form that I could email to someone as an attachment?

All I can figure out how to do is print it to a printer. I tried printing to a file, but I got all of the printer control characters.

If you're using OS X, PageSender works great, print select an email address from you address book and off it goes.
