I'm working on a script that will search for a specific item and then show a list of the results then go down that list e-mailing out each item. I see the "go to next record" command, but how do i tell it to stop when it hits the end of the foudn records?

Mark the checkbox "exit after last" and the job is done.

The Go to next record command has an "exit after last" option which will cause it to jump out of your loop.
