Site Assistant cannot connecto to server

Hi All,

We run OS X Lion server for our business, and have just applied the 11.0v4 update (well, re-install really not exactly an update) so that web-publishing works under Lion.

Unforetuneately, now the PHP site assistant will not connect to the server - it either says the publishing engine is not running (it is), or that the server is not responding (it does). Admin console works just fine.

Our existing PHP sites that used filemaker under Snow Leopard also don't work - hence my thought that I should re-do a site using the assistant, get the changes and apply it to ours.

Anyone else had similar issues, and successes in fixing this problem? Its a real pain - we can't use FMS at all anymore.
