[email protected] Posted October 17, 2000 Posted October 17, 2000 I have an index of records listed in a table view. The layout has a toolbar header on it that I don't want on it when I print. I would like a different header on the print out. But I also want to be able to reorder and resize the fields of the index in the layout with the toolbar and have those reorderings and resizings reflected on the print out which needs the non-toolbar hear. Any ideas?
WBlanchard Posted October 17, 2000 Posted October 17, 2000 First Create your Tool Bar, and size the header accordingly. Now select all the items in your tool bar and go to Format/Sliding_Printing and click on the "Do not Print Selected Objects" button. Move the tool bar aside for a moment and create your print title header. Once that is in place, move the tool bar back over the top of the print header. Now when you print or preview, you will not see the tool bar, but will have access to it in browse mode. HTH
